It is an exquisite treat for the palate when winegrowers come here to present their wines for tasting. Whether fruity, fragrant, spicy or earthy in flavour, whether dry, semi-dry or sweet and whether with a short, medium or long finish, six wines will be presented along with information about the vineyards and the varieties of wines. A cosy ambience
Wood and felt are the main materials used in the bar to create a very cosy and familiar atmosphere to seat up to 50 guests. We would be happy to organize a personal wine tasting session for you. Our wine expert Armin will organize the tasting of various high quality wines which will be served with ham and cheese.
The correct order
Winegrowers and wine connoisseurs place particular weight on adopting the right order during a wine tasting session. In order to stimulate all of the taste buds, sparkling wines are usually tasted before white wines which in turn are tasted before rosés and red wines. If the main focus is placed on the combination of flavours, then wines should be tasted in the following order: acidic, dry, semi-dry then sweet.
